NBA's Top 10 buzzer beaters of 2009

NBA compiled the top buzzer beaters and the top spot goes to LeBron James' buzzer beater during the 2009 Eastern Conference Finals. My personal favorite? Devin Harris' improbable fling near the mid-court.

Devin Harris Impossible Buzzer Beater at Half Court

NBA All-Star Devin Harris of the New Jersey Nets stunned the Philadelphia 76ers with this impossible buzzer beater at half court. With that long three, the Nets won, 98-96.

Derrick Rose Breaks Anrdre Miller's Ankles

Is Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls for real? He toyed with the Sixers' Andre Miller with a sick step-back, crossover dribble that left Miller flat in his ass.

Rose is definitely leading the Rookie of the Year talks these days.

Derrick Rose Slams the Phoenix Suns

The Chicago Bulls super rookie Derrick Rose shows the whole world he's more than slick passes and nice lay-ups. He can actually dunk!

In this play, Rose goes coast to coast and jams the ball in the Suns Leandro Barbosa's grill! Can you say facial by the little guy?

Josh Smith Blocks Dwight Howard

Welcome to the 2008-2009 NBA Season!

In this video, Atlanta Hawks' defensive ace Josh Smith gives a dose of the Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard's own blocking medicine in Orlando's first home game of the season.

After Howard gets the rebound, Josh Smith flies from the weak side to swat the ball and keep it in play. It even got the nod as the NBA's block of the night.

Kobe Bryant 2008 MVP Remix

The Los Angeles Lakers' 2007-2008 season may have ended in disappointment in the NBA Finals, but Kobe Bryant still had a stellar MVP season.

This video is a pretty good mix of what Kobe Bryant did in the regular season and the playoffs, where the Lakers met the Denver Nuggets in the first round, the Utah Jazz in the second round, and the defending champions San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference final. The Lakers fell in six games long-time rival Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals but there's hope in the horizon.

The Lakers overachieved but with another MVP-like season from Kobe Bryant and an unrelenting hunger from the rest of the team, the Los Angeles Lakers could be back in the Finals and win it all.

Bruce Bowen's Greatest "Hits"

San Antonio Spurs forward Bruce Bowen has built a reputation of being a defensive stopper who can shut down most of the NBA's perimeter players. Bowen utilizes sound defensive tactics, but also a lot of dirty moves to do whatever he can to play his brand of "defense."

Bowen has victimized Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Carmelo Anthony, Steve Nash, Vince Carter and Ray Allen in the past. After the Spurs got eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers, I'm glad such scum won't be in the NBA Finals.
